<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Brzi jogurt uštipci</strong> savršeno su rješenje kad poželiš topli doručak, a nemaš vremena čekati da tijesto naraste. Jogurt i prašak za pecivo stvaraju prirodnu “instant pjenicu” pa se uštipci napuhnu već u prvim minutama prženja. Rezultat je prozračna sredina i zlatno-hrskava korica koja podsjeća na domaći kruh iz tave, ali bez kvasca i dugog dizanja.</p>
<p>Zanimljivo je da se slični uštipci javljaju diljem Balkana pod različitim imenima: od “<strong>mira</strong>” u Bosni do “<strong>mekika</strong>” u Makedoniji. Svima im je zajedničko da se prže u dubokom ulju, no varijanta s jogurtom posebno je popularna jer mliječna kiselina <strong>omekšava gluten</strong> i daje tijestu blagi, blago kiseli šmek. Upravo zato ovi mekani jogurt uštipci savršeno pristaju slanim dodacima poput sira ili ajvara, ali i slatkim premazima – med se predivno upija u spužvastu strukturu.</p>
<p>Priprema je toliko jednostavna da recept uspijeva i potpunim početnicima: smjesa se umuti jednom zdjelom, razvalja se na pola centimetra i reže u kocke ili rombove. Ako želiš moderniji pristup, uštipke možeš ispeći u fritezi na vrući zrak s minimalno ulja. Temperatura <strong>180</strong> °C i osam minuta po strani daju jednako mekan rezultat, ali uz manju masnoću.</p>

<p><strong>Zanimljivosti o brzim jogurt uštipcima:</strong></p>
<p>Mnogi peku uštipke isključivo u dubokom ulju, no zanimljiva je činjenica da se isti recept odlično ponaša i u pećnici ako se tijesto premaže tankim slojem maslinova ulja. Na <strong>200</strong> °C, s ventilatorom, kocke se podignu poput mini pogačica pa dobiješ “air-fryer” efekt i gotovo 40 % manje masnoće u usporedbi s klasičnim prženjem. Još jedna varijanta potječe iz Like: uštipci se razvaljaju deblje i peku na suhoj tavi od gusa – rezultat je rustikalan, s lako pougljenjenim točkicama koje podsjećaju na tortilju i sjajno upijaju maslac ili med.</p>
<p>Ukoliko planiraš unaprijed, tijesto se može spremiti u hladnjak do 24 sata. Jogurt djeluje kao prirodni “starter” pa će hladna fermentacija dati još bogatiji okus bez kvasca. Samo izvadi smjesu 15 min prije oblikovanja da se malo opusti, razvaljaj i prži kao inače; dobit ćeš iznenađujuće aromatične uštipke koji mirišu na svježi kruh iz pekare.</p>

<li><strong>Kako spriječiti pretjerano upijanje ulja?</strong><br>Ulje održavaj oko 170 °C; preniska temp. = masni uštipci. Testiraj drvenom kuhačom – oko nje se trebaju formirati sitni mjehurići.</li>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Pitice sa sirom</strong> mirišu na djetinjstvo. Tanke kore, sočni nadjev i savršeno zlatna korica koja krcka pod zubima. Ovaj recept pokazuje kako od gotovih kora i nekoliko osnovnih sastojaka dobiti <em>brze pitice sa sirom</em> koje su jednako mekane i iduće jutro, pa su idealne za doručak, užinu ili „ručak za ponijeti”.</p>
<p><strong>Priprema traje tek desetak minuta</strong> – Sve što trebate jest umutiti preljev od jogurta i jaja, izmrviti sir, a zatim slagati kore po jednostavnom principu premaz – fil – rolanje. Tijekom pečenja ulje i jaja čine da se svaka kora hrskavo „napuhne“, dok se sir topi i ostaje sočan. Time se dobiva kombinacija tekstura zbog koje <em>mekane pitice</em> nestaju čim se iznesu na stol.</p>
<p>Zanimljivo je da su naši stari ovaj tip pite nazivali i <strong>“preklapača”</strong> jer su kore savijali u pravokutnike umjesto u rolne, ovisno o tome što bi brže stalo u pleh. Današnja verzija popularna je na Google‑u upravo zato što troši minimalno posuđa, a uspijeva i potpunim početnicima – tek nekoliko koraka dijeli vas od peciva koje odiše domaćim okusom i savršeno se slaže s čašom hladnog jogurta ili šalice kefira.</p>
