<p>Gemista ili Yemista je jedno od najpoznatijih i najomiljenijih tradicionalnih grčkih jela, idealno za ljetne dane kada je povrće u punom jeku. Riječ “gemista” znači “punjeno”, a u ovom jelu to su najčešće paprika, paradajz, tikvice ili patlidžani punjeni aromatičnom smjesom od riže, začinskog bilja i povrća. Gemista se obično peče u pećnici, a poslužuje se kao lagano glavno jelo ili prilog, često uz svježu salatu ili komad kruha. Ovo jelo savršeno utjelovljuje duh mediteranske kuhinje — jednostavnost, svježinu i bogate okuse.</p>

<p>Gemista je ukusno i zasitno jelo koje može biti glavni obrok ili dio bogatog mediteranskog ručka. Idealno ga je poslužiti toplo, direktno iz pećnice, ali dobro je i hladno, što ga čini odličnim izborom za ljetne dane i piknike.</p>

<p>Pečeni krumpir narezan na četvrtine ili ploške, začinjen maslinovim uljem, ružmarinom i češnjakom — to je savršena kombinacija koja upotpunjuje okuse punjenih paprika.</p>
<p>Svježu grčku salatu s krastavcima, rajčicama, crvenim lukom, maslinama i fetom.</p>

<p>Pesto od suhih rajčica donosi intenzivan okus Mediterana u svako jelo. Kad se spoje intenzivna aroma suhih rajčica, miris svježeg bosiljka i dobra maslinova ulja, nastaje pesto koji može oplemeniti gotovo svako jelo. <p><strong>Svjetski dan turizma na Labinštini</strong></p>
<p>U subotu, 27. rujna, Labinština će na poseban način proslaviti Svjetski dan turizma – zajedničkim usponom i druženjem na Skitači, mjestu s kojeg se otvara jedan od najljepših pogleda na Kvarner. Inicijativom Upravnog odjela za turizam Istarske županije ovaj se dan posvećuje ljepoti putovanja, toplini istarskog gostoprimstva i bogatoj kulturnoj baštini istočne Istre.</p>
<p>Skitača nikada nije bila mjesto na koje se dolazi slučajno. Već stoljećima ondje stižu samo putnici namjernici, a živjeti ostaju oni najuporniji i najizdržljiviji. Legenda kaže da su je nekada naselili skitnice i bjegunci, a njezin zaštitni znak je prirodni izvor vode za koji se vjeruje da vraća vid – još jedan od razloga zašto je Skitača posebno mjesto, obavijeno mistikom i pričama koje se prenose generacijama. Put do Skitače jednako je poseban kao i odredište, a na kraju vas čeka fenomenalan pogled gdje god se okrenuli. Do ovog posebnog mjesta možete stići autom, biciklom ili pješice, no barem jednom vrijedi put proći korak po korak.</p>

<p><strong>Doživi Skitaču – pješačenje Labin – Skitača</strong></p>
<p>Turistička zajednica Grada Labina i Turistička zajednica općine Raša pozivaju vas da pješačenjem obilježite Svjetski dan turizma. Polazak prema Skitači zakazan je za 8:30 sati od gradskog groblja u Labinu, a oko četiri sata laganog hoda dovoljan je razlog da obujete najudobnije tenisice i s vedrim planinarskim duhom započnete ovu avanturu. Put do Skitače istinski je doživljaj pun prekrasnih pejzaža: staze koje se probijaju između starih suhozida, makadamski putevi i šumske dionice u hladu mediteranskog raslinja. Na pojedinim mjestima krajolik se otvara i pruža čaroban pogled na more i otoke Kvarnera, dok se prema samom vrhu izmjenjuju kameniti proplanci i travnate zaravni. Kako se uspinjete, horizont postaje sve širi – iza vas ostaje Labinština, a pred vama se otvaraju vidici prema Cresu i Lošinju, Učki, a za vedrih dana pogled seže čak i do Velebita i Italije. Vožnja biciklom ili automobilom jednako je poseban doživljaj, pa nije važno kojim putem krenete – važno je samo da u Skitači budete između 12:30 i 13:00 sati, kada je organizirano okupljanje svih sudionika.</p>

<p>Put prema Skitači tek je prvi dio programa ovog posebnog dana. Nakon okupljanja, sudionike će u planinarskom domu dočekati prava istarska gozba – tradicionalni grah ili vegetarijanski meni, uz piće i simboličnu cijenu od 5 eura. Slatki dio priče čine domaće kroštule i labinjonski krafi, a uz njih u ponudi će biti vino OPG-a Juričić, kozji sirevi OPG-a Dol, umaci Forto te prirodni sirupi od aromatičnog bilja OPG-a Rori. Nakon uživanja za stolom slijedi opuštanje i zabava, a za pravi ugođaj pobrinut će se talentirani harmonikaš Endi Miletić. Nastupit će i RKUD ”Rudar” Raša, koji će izvesti narodne plesove u autentičnim narodnim nošnjama, prikazujući bogatstvo istarske kulturne baštine. <p><strong>Obilazak Narodnog muzeja Labin i Kovarske kuće “Arsia”</strong></p>
<p>Osim Skitače, u subotu možete posjetiti i Kovarsku kuću “Arsia” u Raši te Narodni muzej Labin. Arsiana d.o.o. poziva sve zainteresirane da zavire u Kovarsku kuću “Arsia”, koja donosi autentičan uvid u nekadašnji rudarski život kroz originalne eksponate, arhivske snimke i repliku rudarskog stana. Ulaz će povodom Svjetskog dana turizma biti besplatan.</p>

<p>Mirisni, hrskavi i pomalo gorkasto-slatki, <strong>vrsarski amareti</strong> jedan su od onih tradicionalnih kolačića koji svjedoče o dugoj istarskoj kulinarskoj baštini. Nastali su u Vrsaru, ribarskom gradiću na zapadnoj obali Istre, a pripremaju se od badema, šećera i bjelanjaka – jednostavni sastojci koji u pravim rukama daju savršen zalogaj. Nekada su se pekli za blagdane i svečanosti, a danas su nezaobilazna poslastica svakog istarskog stola.</p>

<p>Bosanski lonac obično se priprema od kombinacije mesa (najčešće junetina, janjetina ili svinjetina) i povrća. Povrće koje se koristi uključuje krompir, kupus, luk, mrkvu, paradajz, paprike, te ponekad bijeli luk i peršun. Takođe se mogu dodati začini poput soli, bibera i lovorovog lista.</p>
