<p data-start="2035" data-end="2270">Klepe su bosanska verzija punjenih tjestenina. Pune se mesom, kuhaju u vodi, a zatim prelijevaju bijelim sosom od pavlake i bijelog luka. Njihova popularnost posljednjih godina raste i među turistima koji posjećuju Bosnu i Hercegovinu.</p>

<h3>Klasik: Tiramisu</h3>
<p>Nijedno jelo čiji je sastojak kafa nije toliko ikonično kao tiramisu. Ovaj italijanski klasik spaja kremasti maskarpone sa mekanim piškotama natopljenim jakim espresom. Savršen balans slatkog, gorkog i kremastog. Varijacije su brojne: sa voćem, malo likera, pa čak i veganska verzija. Osnova, međutim, uvek ostaje ista – kvalitetna kafa u srcu poslastice.</p>
